I am currently in process of doing Strong Curves Beginner workout routine, ending March 28th. I've made progress in my lifting and have doubled some of my weights already. I do this 3 x week and 20 min cardio/20 min core 3x week.My question is this, I have approx 30 ish pounds to lose ( but I'm not overly concerned about losing pounds on scale and want to loose inches to look good in bikini). Should I move onto the advanced workout of this program for next 12 weeks ( after March 28) or try a different one?
Any suggestions?
Again I want to look estheticly good.lol

I am no expert and haven't even started the program yet (though I plan to). I am in a Facebook group for SC where the ladies are VERY helpful, you may want to join it if you're on FB. I have seen your question asked a number of times and the general consensus seems to be to go ahead into the advanced program once you're finished with beginner.

    Here's a link to the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/172162292961245/

You can do whatever you want. Your diet dictates your weight loss. So if you enjoy this program, try out the advacned. If you haven't liked it, try something else.

You can definitely move on to the advanced program if you feel ready. Bret does recommend that you should be able to do certain exercises (outlined on pg.105) before moving on so take that into consideration as well.

I think she said she's not concerned about *weight loss,* but she wants to tighten up (recomp?). From everything I've read, heavy lifting and good diet is the way to go.
