why has my step tracker stopped working?

    Mine has too. Well, at least on MFPs end. My Fitbit is counting them all but they aren't accurate on MFP even with forced sync. My calories burned aren't matching with FitBits either.

    I emailed both, so we will see...

    Same here. Anyone get a fix for this yet? It seems like mine stopped working on the 22nd of Feb. Was working fine before.

    I noticed that mine stopped working about a month ago. I haven't taken the time to research it much and have been manually posting my exercise. Hopefully they get it fixed!

    I have emailed them several times and no real reason as to why it's happening.. a friend of mine has emailed a few times as well and they told her it is now a known issue and they are working on fixing it. So we will see. I have to disconnect and reconnect from Fitbit several times a day to get it even close to the data on my Fitbit but it won't even sync after a certain time at night
