Yes, it's bad to eat. But I was craving something sweet and instead of eating cheesecake, I ate the package of the crust mix (nothing else added to it). I cannot find the nutritional information just for that package alone anywhere. Any ideas what it is??

  • Yes, but I didn't eat anything but the dry crust mix.

The link RodaRose posted says "Made with real milk and Honey Maid Grahams". Having read the directions at the bottom of the page, the "crust" mix is simply crushed graham crackers. (The directions have you add the other ingredients needed to do a graham crust)

It says use a 9" pie plate, so that should have been something like 140g worth of graham cracker. Track down the info for Honey Made Grahams and there you go.

You will have to do this on the Web version for the negative food item entry to work.
Add whatever brand prepared pie crust to your Food Diary - I chose Honey Maid.
On the Jell-O box, find the ingredients you have to add to the dry mix to make the crust.
Subtract all unused recipe food items from the Jell-O box, such as butter, from your Food Diary to get an estimate of only the nutrients in the dry mix.

The screen shot example is if the dry mix only needed 2 Tbsp. of butter to make the crust.
