Hoping to find friends to give me advice on building mass

My goal has always been to weigh 200 pounds with no body fat. I hit 197 at one time then let myself go. Hoping through here to meet friends to help me put that fire back in my heart and reach my goal. Feel free to send me a request.

    how much do you weigh now? Its impossible to have no bodyfat you will die. So like for me my optimal bodyfat percentage is 12-15% but when I compete I'm at 5-6%.

    I no that's not eat I ment lol I was solid I use to work out 6day a wks 2hour bike it down to working out each part twice a wks I got to 197but never could get to 200 but right now um at 169wasat151 hope to weight 200by summer..any suggestions
