50 pounds gone in a year, yay! (but how do I download my data?)

I'm using the "fast diet" or 5:2 eating system, and have lost 50 pounds in the past year. I've grown used to MFP telling me on every "fast" (low calorie) day that I'm not eating enough, but since it's on non-consecutive days I'm not heading for starvation metabolism and I know that. (Possibly a useful warning, but one I'd happily see the end of.)
QUESTION: I would like to be able to make my own personalized charts based on my data, for use by me and my physician. Is it possible for me to get a data dump of my file, from the beginning? Current reports only go out to one year and I would like to be able to have a continuous record.
Thanks to anyone who can help with this question.

I haven't seen a way to data dump directly from the website but several other members have made ways around this. I used this guys, I think there is an updated version buried in the chat but I couldn't find it when I went to find the link. I modified off of his programming to include additional details but keep his original as it pulls off of MFP directly.

I asked a similar question a couple weeks ago and was told that although reports cannot be run for more than a year's worth of data, the data itself is still viewable in the Food Diary and Check in. It's now been more than a year for me and I can see the data from 13 months ago.
Unfortunately, the file in the post linked to above is no longer available on Fileswap.

Thanks to everyone for the great responses! I've found the download and have what I need to track the weight loss, which was my main aim. Sorry it took me so long to say thank you.0
