I know this app is about losing weight, but It's so hard for me to fall asleep at night. I feel tired but I just lay in bed till 2am because it's impossible for me to sleep. What should I do?

    Are you taking any medication that would keep you up? If so try adjusting the times so they're not in your system at bedtime. Same goes for coffee and other caffeine.

    I recently heard that some sleep issues could be attributed to low blood sugar. And, to try a tablespoon of almond butter before you sleep. I am going to try this too. If it works, let me know. :)
