Hello,

Just joined last night
first time for me to be counting calories, I've done weight watchers before which I liked, but I'm in Egypt at the moment so I decided to go for the old fashioned way of plain calorie counting.. and oh my god its driving me mad!

I have my best friends wedding in July and I want to look smoking! Also I put on weight when I go back to London, so I'm trying to lose as much as possible before then. A month and a half to lose 10 kilos / 22lbs is it possible?

Lets find out.

All friends welcome to add me :)

Yes its possible, with enough exercise and minimal calories.
You will either hit your goal or at least come very close to it.
But losing that much weight that fast will probably give you the same results it sounds like you've had before and the yo-yo will eventually come back and you'll put it back on. Not trying to be a downer, just trying to be realistic.
Heck, even in your post you mention you will probably gain weight when you get back to London.
Do your best to hit your short term goal, and hopefully this site will help turn your short term lose-it-fast goal into a long-term "I want to be healthy" goal.
It has been proven many times that especially when it comes to permanent weight loss Slow and Steady wins the race.
