Just scanned the barcode on a box of Taylors of Harrogate tea for Hard Water areas and surprised to see the calorie count given as 30 per cup! Some mistake surely, I thought tea was zero cals. (maybe 1 cal. at most)?

How bizzare. I wonder if a user has added it and has included the calories of how they drink it (with milk or sugar)?0

I'd be very surprised if that were true. I've lost almost 60lbs drinking a lot of Yorkshire hard water tea. 30 cals per cup would seriously have added 100s of calories to my day, which I highly doubt.0

What does it say on the box, or is there no nutritional info? The last box of tea I looked at said 0 calories.0

It will be user error, don't worry!0

Myabe someone has entered in the databse the way he/she likes it, with sugar or milk etc?0 -
As aggelikik and others suggest I guess it is most likely down to user input/error. No nutritiional info on the box but every other source I've seen says 0 cals so I'll carry on drinking!0
