  Hi Karn, I can relate with you on being a long time dieter, but unlike before I never worked on my mindset. Best of luck...we will get it right this time

  Thanks kadi, for me its definitely a long term mind over matter challenge. Need to stay healthy and focus less on fads. Good luck
