    Successes/struggles this week: Exercise was almost non-existent! But did go clothes shopping in my closet and found some things I hadn't worn for at least a year or more that now fit. I am going today to get a Bowflex Xtreme (my birthday present.) Now I will have a way to do different strength training at home besides just body weight bearing. Plus I think it may encourage my family to maybe try to get some exercise, too!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I've been stalled for a month now and actually gained back 3 lb. I am getting refocused for another streak of consistency in my eating and exercise.

    I had a fabulous January (lost 13.5lbs) then a rubbish February (gained 2.5lbs) so I'm down 11lbs in total this year so far with 30lbs to go until I get to my ultimate goal of 140lbs. I'd like to get there by early June as that's my 10th Wedding Anniversary. So, I reckon 10lbs has to go each month of March, April & May.....it's a tough challenge but I'm determined to do it!!! I'll set up the monthly challenges for everyone to join as we go into each month.
