I am in the same boat! I had lost 55 lbs (with 20 to go til goal) with Weight Watchers and then went off the rails. I've gained 20 back. I tried to convince myself that it wasn't that bad, but I just looked at pictures of myself when I was at my lowest weight.
It's bad.
So now I'm here AND at WW, double tracking, hope that adding something new will keep me doubly accountable.
