I'm 5'4" and started with 29 inch waist and 44 inch hips. I was not comfortable.

So the same as I was. It's definitely a look. It got me a lot of attention on the street, ha. But clothes were hard to fit into. It's up to you though, whether you feel healthy/are at a healthy weight.

you need to measure your wrist to determine your frame size. Here is a link to one site that will give you some insight

Your size might be right on target, depending upon your bone structure and frame.
