    Morning! Northampton here, daily logger and motivator. Happy to be added as long as you prepared to make an effort like me.
    A 'like' takes a second, a 'comment' takes a minute, the effect can last all day....
    I post encouragement but will also help motivate if you miss a target. Diary open to friends.
