Successes/struggles this week: Winter is the hardest time for me to lose and/or maintain my weight. In October I was at 186 lbs -- only 10 lbs from my goal weight. Then the holidays hit, and I have been really struggling to get and stay on track. So excited for a new month to start, and a new start
I will be 64 in July, and really want to be at my goal weight of 175 by then, and to feel healthier!0 -

I'm hoping by going a little slower, I'll keep it off for good!
