I learned about this from a client in my salon who had seen it on the Dr. Oz show. I did a little digging on it myself and thought it seemed interesting. Anyone else ever hear of/try this thing?
Thoughts? Opinions?

I just read a little about it, but it doesn't seem like it's a sustainable life-plan. I generally don't endorse eating plans that exclude whole food groups, even for a little while. It's a diet plan that just doesn't seem necessary if you're eating whole, healthy foods already and exercising.

    Long term diets don't work.

I have also been reading about it. It is similar to the Atkins diet, except you eat low fat in addition to low carbs. I agree that it is not a realistic lifestyle choice. If you are curious about it, try eating low carbs for a few days <100 and see how you like it. I tried it out and its way harder than you think.
