    You can do this!! Get in the habit of logging everyday. Read this the stickies at the top of the "Getting Started" boards.

    At the end of the day your motivation relies purely on yourself and your determination to better yourself, all the will and support in the world off others and all the good intentions are useless if you're going to cheat yourself in secret which, we've all fell victim to before and tried to justify it.

    You can either start now and put all your energy into finding out a weight-loss routine that works for you through trial and error or you can keep falling off the wagon and be sitting here a year from now without any changes.

    It's horrifically difficult at points, it's going to be a hard challenge but it's very much possible and you can do it. Measure your progress, stick with it and above all, keep going.
