I think this makes me a sucess story. I need to loose weight period. Reading what the winners have written it needed time, planning and careful consideration for our bodies.
I feel like a winner. So far I've kept to my daily cal intake. It's only been three days but that's the longest three days I've gone without sugar, salt and white bread! And I'm fine.
We'll see how this turns out, upbeat and positive all the way..!

    welcome to MFP. im a bit of a newbie myself, i started 4 weeks ago and i've lost 4lb so far. slow and steady but its going down in the right direction. best of luck :smile:
