    Thanks , Just found out that I'm diabetic . Healthy foods , exercise , and losing weight , a must.
    How about you, any health concerns ?

    I need to lose 120 lbs... I know it can be done but it is hard trying to just take it one day at a time.

    I have a connective tissue disorder...need to stay strong and keep the weight off for my joints to stay healthy. I understand needing to make changes for your health!
