What's Your Mantra?

You know...the one that pushes you for that last mile, the one that helps you resist those damn Girl Scouts, the one that makes you feel empowered.

Mine is simple..."Conquer".
Go on, share. What motivates you from within?

When I start feeling like quitting whatever yoga/spin/rowing machine workout I'm doing lately, I've been trying to be thankful for my body, doing what I need it to do. Sounds silly to silently thank your legs, but I have been!

First, I have no will power when it comes to Girlscout cookies. I just add more time to my workout lol. As for my driving force, it's two fold. I think of the example I want to set for my 11yo daughter and I try to push myself when I train so i know how hard I can push myself in competition.

Really good ones here. I especially like being thankful for your body and speaking to it. I bet and am guilty of having motivated myself with a bit of negative reinforcement. So, I'm curious to how this kind of thinking might encourage and fuel not only a better workout, but better body appreciation.
