    That's what Registered Dietitians and nutrition experts do, and they don't do it for free.

    Eat the calorie goal you were given with any food.Can't get any simpler regardless of the food you eat.

    Most Indian food use alot of different peppers spices. Peppers boost ypur meabolism. Just try to lower the carb intake on those dishes.
