    My leg day routine used to consist of the following (will include videos on exercises that may be "non-traditional" or you may not have heard of):

    Light warmup of candlestick jumps

    followed by skaters

    Then i'd head over to the weight section and do the following:

    Barbell Squats (3 sets of 8)
    Would do 50 calf raises inbetween sets to keep my heart rate up

    Barbell walking lunges (3 passes in gym about 25 each way)

    Then i'd do some inverted leg press (3 sets of 5)

    Lastly, i'd do Hamstring curls

    I'd then wobble out of the gym.

    I'm assuming you're perfectly healthy because you didn't say otherwise.

    focus on barbell squats, and prioritize it.
    Get into a good ilfting program. starting strength, ne rules for women, whatever

    I'm just underweight

    So all those things, and eat. Are you at a surplus now?

    I'm still working on barbell squats; just started recently. But I do squats with dumbbells or with a plate or kettle bell. I do walking lunges with dumbbells. I do deadlifts (30 lb. bar) or cable deadlifts. I do the leg press machine (horizontal) or the vertical one in the free weights area. I do other bodyweight things like step-ups and calf raises.

    I'm just now starting from scratch again, I'm pretty inconsistent , I just need routines to start me off
