How did you guys keep your diet/excercise discipline up after a long day?
I find breakfast and lunch to be a breeze to stay on track, but between 4pm and bedtime, it's harder to stay on track.
Did you have specific strategies?

I leave a very large majority of my cals for the evening. I don't eat breakfast (am never hungry so have no desire to), eat a very light lunch, then everything else is saved for after work (and riding and working out, though I may have a small snack between the 2)0

I look forward to night time eating. That's when I have a big filling dinner, and a delicious dessert.0
