I weigh in on Mondays so I'm just changing the dates.. Having a goal for the end of the month is a great motivator

Hi on another thread I was told to click the star at the top of the thread. this turns it yellow and means when you click the star at the top right of the forums page you can see all the threads you have starred. I'm really glad I found that early on as these forums look like they are so fast moving I would never find a thread again either!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I had a seizure episode last week that landed me in the ER (no seizure history), so I have lots of doctor's appointments coming up in the next few days. Hopefully they will figure out what's going on!
