I'm going to exercise at least five days a week and stick to my calorie goal for the day.

    Good luck to you! My goal is to stay motivated in both exercise, diet, and tracking. I believe tracking is very important. When I track my exercise and diet I feel more accountable to myself. I do have to admit tracking is very hard for me to accomplish. In my mind tracking seems like the least important step in weight loss. It doesn't lessen the calories going into my body nor does it burn any calories. I have now come to believe tracking keeps me motivated. It mentally puts me where I should be at.

    A bit ambitious but doable. I set my goals by what I do not hoping my body lets go of the pounds. I want to be able to run 1K straight without stopping by April 1st. Good luck :)
