I hate this. I feel so crappy. I love food. I was away from good food for so long. Now its everywhere. I can't help myself. I feel so fat. I'm now 255. What the heck. 5 months ago I was running 2 hours a day could do pull ups like nothing. Push ups sit ups all day now I can barely do 25. I need to kick this. I want to feel attractive again. I want to feel healthy again.

Well this is the first step..... And the most important one you've made in the last 5 months. Everyone on here is here for the same reason, to get fit or lose weight.! So you're in with the right crowd! Determination is the key and there will be plenty of people to motivate you along your journey! Best of luck @sgtwells12b‌ you can do it!

Start now! You are in the right place. You have been fit and strong so recently, what you have built in your body before is still there right under the surface. Don't wait any longer to give yourself what you REALLY want - health and strength and a lean, capable body. I've heard it said: "Don't give up what you REALLY want for what you just want 'right now'."

MFP can REALLY help. Get some friends - which is pretty easy, any of us who comment back will likely accept a friend request from you - log your food, log your exercise, an come in under your goal, one day at a time. In an amazingly short time you will feel better and you will feel progress and you will feel PROUD.

Just do it. You know you can, because you did in the past. GOOD LUCK!

Then get back into it? If you did it before, you can still do it now o.o

Quit feeling sorry for yourself and wishing for a genie. YOU have the power. NOW GET TO IT!!

Think about what brought this on. What happened?
Don't let go of that feeling, when you felt fit and healthy.
You can do this. Heck! If someone like me can then you are definitely going to get there.!!
Like @LovingLifeInCalifornia‌ said, 'step by step'.
And remember, you are not alone. Take all the help you can get.

You say you can do 25? Start from there and be consistent than 3 weeks later, increase the pressure. Start slow, be consistent, do try to over do it. Exercises and diet run hand and hand.

From the looks of it your still attractive, and besides its not whats on the outside, its what's on the inside, you must first learn to love you for who you are, then it will all fall into place. I've battled a weight problem for the past 5 years,I was 286 lbs,and now I'm down to 112.8 lbs,its not easy,I hated myself for a long time, even when I was losing weight,I hate the extra skin,on my belly, its awful, and sometimes I wish,I'd just gain weight back so I don't ever have to look at it.but then I realized,I feel better,I can walk a distance without, having to stop and breathe, I still hate the mirror, but I see progress. And I'm learning to love me for me. Ohhh, I highly reccomend to order T-25, I've been doing it for three weeks now,and I'm seeing a big difference,I promise, you will get back on track. Good luck to you my friend, and god bless.:-)

You can do it!! I did something sort of similar.. Lost almost 40 pounds and gained it right back. It's really depressing when it happens. But get yourself on track! You've done it once and you can do it again. For what it's worth, I think you're handsome :)

I am an everything in moderation sort of girl. I'm no expert, but I feel like if you eliminate foods you really enjoy, altogether, the temptation to over indulge is always there.

Make the decision to get back on track and do it. You have already proven to yourself that you can. Do it again and celebrate that! Good luck!

The good news is that your body remembers how it felt to be healthy and youll bounce back alot quicker than if you were starting after a lifetime of weight gain rather than a few months. Imagine being like many of the people on here that have NEVER felt that sense of health and well being. If they can fight for a feeling that theyve never even experienced than your experience should certainly be your motivation.

Sometimes we forget that this is a lifestyle change. We have to constantly keep at it. I have no doubt you can reach your goals again.

We all start somewhere. You are in the right place to start your journey. We have fun on the forum but we are here because we are all serious about losing those pounds and making fitness and healthy living our priority. You did it once and you can certainly do it again and this time with a great bunch of people to help motivate and hold you accountable. Good luck. :)

We've all been there. That's why we're here. I dropped 53lbs that I had somehow "mysteriously" packed on. It took me 4 months of clean eating and waking up every day ready to hit it hard and drop all the excuses. The toughest step is that first step. But if you take it, and the next step ... And the next, soon you're off and running. Get at it because you want it and because you deserve it.

First things first. Don't post another thing on this site until you have been working out for a week straight. Set goals. The time you spend on this site is time you could be working out.
