I weigh in on Mondays so I'm just changing the dates.. Having a goal for the end of the month is a great motivator

Hi on another thread I was told to click the star at the top of the thread. this turns it yellow and means when you click the star at the top right of the forums page you can see all the threads you have starred. I'm really glad I found that early on as these forums look like they are so fast moving I would never find a thread again either!0 -

I have been traveling a lot lately, and my fiance just moved to town from Ghana, so i've been showing him all the "best places" around town... which also includes eating on the go A LOT.
