Struggles or successes of your week: Been on vacation for the last week and didn't log during that time. Need to get back on track with diligent logging this week. Also, I'm on an antibiotic that can cause tendon damage/rupture so my doc ordered not to run, lift, etc. this week.0 -

I have been traveling a lot lately, and my fiance just moved to town from Ghana, so i've been showing him all the "best places" around town... which also includes eating on the go A LOT. Our wedding is in 60 days... so i need this to help kick my butt back into gear with exercise and healthy eating!0 -

I'm new to myfitnesspal, although familiar with a myriad of other tracking sites... I signed up on here years ago, but didn't find it user friendly. They have definitely made some changes for the better, so I'm going to give it another go. So for day 1, I think a challenge is a great idea... I will weigh in on Monday or Tuesdays... Just keep tracking every day, and try not to be over zealous. I'm just starting (on day 6) and I tend to over do it, cut out too many calories, drop a bunch of weight, and then fall off the wagon and gain it all back. Just call me yo-yo. This time I am a breastfeeding FTM, so if I don't eat enough calories my milk supply will suffer (and my little 10 month old). So, slow and steady as she goes.
Struggles or successes of your week:
Sprained my ankle a month ago so I can't do my preferred form of exercise. Cardio/elliptical or even yoga. I'm purely sedentary right now, although the breastfeeding surely helps.0 -
