    I have to really get on top of my drinking. I have to stop the heavy weekend drinking and have to start working out a lot more. My motivation is in the toilet and I need to work on that also.
    But on a positive note, I am getting this started before I am crazy out of my comfort zone weight wise.

    Successes/struggles this week: Skipped doing this in February, but I did have an accountability group that I focused on. This week my goal is to get my nutrition back on track. I've great with my workouts and getting those in and kicking butt, but my nutrition has been terrible.
