Fitness Channels

Hi I am wondering if anyone knows of any fitness channels on cable T.V.I know there used to be Fit T.V.? and it's no longer there really.Does any one if someone will start one on cable soon.It's sad not to see a lot. I use to watch Cathe' at about noon everyday. I would just turn them on and watch them pretty much at any time.

    We have a Roku for streaming to your tv. You have Netflix, Hulu etc, but there are lots of fitness channels too. Some cost and some are free. I subscribe to Gaiam tv which is $10 a month. Lots of yoga, pilates, just about anything. I also subscribe to Tracy Campoli which is free; I love her channel! YouTube also has MANY workouts of all types.
    We've had our Roku for several years, but it was $49 then. You can get it at Walmart, Target, Best Buy etc. No cable in over a year at our house, and we don't miss it at all!
