    Yes! Back when i was obsessive about working out (i was actually anorexic) i would not go to work without running 5 miles first. I woke up late one morning and called in just to get my workout in!

    Yes, as a college kid I did a "pressed ham" to the masses when my parents were in the back seat and my brother was driving down the main drag of Yakima, WA on a Saturday night. It had the desired effect.
