    I had chocolate oatmeal that tasted a lot like thick chocolate pudding to me. 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c almond milk + 1/3 c water, 1 tbsp. baking cocoa and 1 tsp. brown sugar cooked on the stove top. Mmmm

    10oz of buffalo, 205gr of sweet potato, 1/2 pasilla pepper, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1/2 tomato, 2 large eggs.

    Fruit & cottage cheese.

    Only on work days. Coffee too. Sometimes fruit & yogurt.

    Same breakfast as most mornings:
    175g fat-free plain greek yoghurt
    200g frozen unsweetened berries
    2oz Apple Juice
    50g spinach (usually; only had 20g left this morning)
    scoop of splenda; splash of water

    Into the blender and away it goes! A homemade latte with fat-free milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup and I'm good to go!

    My breakfast was 2 bacon mcdoubles plain with no bun (still can't believe I have to take the bun off UGH)

    Homemade hashbrowns, 2 scrambled eggs, toast with pb and apricot jam. Messy, but good.

    Mmm there are some wonderful ideas here. Love seeing them.

    I had a leftover blueberry buckwheat pancake and coffee with milk right when I got up, then when the family got up I made eggs and chicken/apple sausages. A couple hours later I had a carrot apple muffin.

    100gr quark with 30gr blueberries, 35gr banana and cinnamon

    800 cal includes 2 tbsp fishoil: goat yogurt, fresh strawberries, chia seeds 2Tbsp, cinnamon, maple syrup 1Tbsp (the real stuff), mixed nuts &seeds! Delicious!
