Don't know if I'm getting out of this one!

Had a doctors appointment last week on Thursday, went well! Haven't been to the doctor in over 3 years... A little over fear of getting bad news. I despise going ever since I was 15 when I went for a simple sore throat and end up getting told I'm on the boarder line to getting diabetes... It destroyed me completely but I over came it got to using our treadmill the next check up I was safe... Now I have to go back Wednesday because of my blood sugar results... I can't seem to stop thinking about it and I feel it's affecting my hopes of me getting out of this one just as I did the first one... I'm going to hit the gym double maybe even triple time these next two days.

if ur blood sugar levels are high maybe u should look at ur diet more than exercise..... seems strange ur willing to work out super hard but not change ur diet?

I think you need both a healthy diet and steady exercise program. If your not currently on medication for diabetes you have a good chance of correcting it with diet and exercise but you can't think about it you have to commit to yourself and do it.

Ever thought of trying a Ketogenic diet? Could be a good way to reign in insulin issues

Changing my diet and exercising got me off of metformin
