Gym 4 Week Check-in SO HAPPY!

In the 4 weeks since I joined the gym I have lost 10lbs and 8inches!

My trainer said that I was the best improvement in 4 weeks he has seen and that my hard work is really paying off!

My heart rate at rest is better too was 78 now 70! I can also reach 4cm further on the silly stretch test haha.

I am going on the success wall at the gym yay!

I RAN 10K!!!

Can't believe it! I am sooooooo happy right now, not only did I run 10K I did it at the fastest I have ran at too!

I didn't even want food celebrations like I did in the past! I want to take these 735 calories and have them burned off not filled in by bourbon biscuits like I would of done even a few months ago!

I have went from not being able to run for 10mins to running 10K in 4 weeks! I am SOOOOOOOO happy, did I mention that?

I am going to keep going I feel awesome and I want it to continue!

Feeling so buzzed!
