I'm a married guy, soon to be 40. Have been losing weight pretty steadily since 2011, but have sort of plateaued over the last six to eight months. I started working from home last May and while I would have thought it would help me make good choices, it's actually been hard since I tend to snack all through the day.

Anyhow, I went from a high of 248 at the end of 2010 to a low of 208 about a year ago. I'm back up to 225 and trying to get to my goal of 185 and about 12% body fat.

I run and do other cardio. I have done P90X once before (well, 70 days of it) and had good results. I've also done some weight training. But I find programs difficult to keep my interest.

My biggest problem is eating. Well, overeating. Compulsive eating at times.

If you're a guy around my age, I'd love to try to support and encourage each other. Feel free to "add" me and hopefully we can check in with each other occasionally for support.
