Long story short:
First I stopped getting so damn drunk so damn often, which lost me 44lbs/6months.
Then I made calorie counting my new favorite hobby for 11months and lost 86lbs doing that.
Then I cried over my lack of progress for 3 months, only to suddenly find I had lost 5lbs, surpassing my goal!

Did you exercise or was it purely just calorie counting? If so, what workouts did you stick to? Thank you (:
