looking for a friend

Ok my goal is 10-15 lbs before May 15th. I need someone to motivate me please, someone to check me everyday or every other day ish to keep me on track. Maybe suggest new workouts? Some days I'm just so unmotivated and I could use someone with some positivity

    Without a doubt! Set some daily goals to go with the weekly goals (like I will strength train an extra 5 minutes today). Make them achievable and you will achieve!! Add me if you want to!
