Why buy tuna in a tin as it's 1.00 pound per 125 grams in a tin
Salmon is .99 p for a 400g tin

I tend to buy canned salmon over tuna, but it is more expensive here. If I were on a tighter budget it would be tuna.0

Salmon is more oily, with more fats, it also tastes better. Personally, I'd go with salmon over tuna any day. My friend and I bottle our own trout and salmon though, which is ten times better than anything you buy at the store.
