Please share how you structure your day. Do you front end load your day with most calories in the morning and tapering off at the end of the day? Do you eat most of your calories at night?

Curious what works for everyone.

I start low and work my way up. I'm always hungriest in the evenings and if I want to eat dinner with my partner and kids without making too many changes then I need to save the calories. And I usually have enough left for a bit of chocolate or small glass of wine once the kids are in bed :)

As long as you stay under goal, it doesn't matter what time you eat. The answers will vary for everyone, what's important is what works for you. Personally I get a little hungry before bed so I leave calories for a cookie or something shortly before bedtime. That's what works for me. You should experiment and see what works for you.

I save nearly all my cals for the evening as that's when I have a stronger desire to eat. I don't eat breakfast and have a light lunch.

I absolutely love breakfast so I have no problem eating most of my calories in the morning. This way I'm burning all those calories off throughout the day. I know some people can't do breakfast and that's ok. You just have to figure out what works for you. I would so though to avoid eating anything late at night!

I use about 40-50% of my calories for dinner/dessert. Even today, after a 600-calorie breakfast, I had to make sure lunch was light enough to save.

It varies from day to day for me, too, depending on what I have decided to do activity-wise. Sometimes I am hungry upon arising and sometimes I am not.

I eat 1000 at work from 8:00-5pm and then eat around 2500 after work. Timing varies depending on plans.

I usually dont eat breakfast in the traditional sense of the word. But my first meal after morning coffee is between 11:00-13:00 I normally eat two huge meals, and thats it. Second meal is anytime after 21:00. I am a student, and sleeping hours are the American "normal"- 6 to 8 hours.

But I guarantee you, I use all the calories of my meal, and then some, before my next one.

First, I'll say that meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss. It is preference only.

I tend to eat a bigger breakfast and my meals get smaller as the day goes on. I am hungrier in the morning because I tend to workout first thing.

Very cool to see how different everyone is with timing. I eat four small snacks/ meals before 5pm, work out till 6:45pm, decent dinner around 7:30pm and sometimes a small snack around 8:30pm. My body like being constantly fed, but eating lighter throughout the day keeps my brain functional.

I like a bigger breakfast, medium to small lunch, and average supper. If I snack, it is usually after supper.
