Charlottes 3 min belly blitz

hi everyone
I have been doing charlottes 3 min belly blitz for 2 months now but I am not sure what to put it under in my exercise entry. If I put it under cardio, the 60 mins is only a loss of 60 calories and I think it must be more than that. Anybody know what it should go under?

    Hey, what I have been doing is googling the workout videos I do and finding out the calories burnt then added it in the "add a new exercise" section :) x

    I burn 560 calories when i do the full dvd i use a polar HRM xx

    Hey, Rich Callender, the trainer in the DVD, mentioned on twitter that all 12 rounds plus Abs should burn approx 500 cals. And from seeing other peoples heart rate pics on Instagram and what he has put on his twitter/Instagram heart rate monitors say that nearly everyone has burnt roughly this amount. I hope this helps!
