hey guys I'm new and WANNA loose weight not only for health for the summer! I wanna know good exersize ideas to loose a good amount of weight!

Your weight loss and weight control in general is going to be largely about your consumption, not what exercises you are doing.
Diet for weight control; exercise for fitness.
Just as an example of what I mean by this...I love to train and workout like a madman...I have lost weight, maintained weight, and gained weight all while training like a madman. The difference between those three objectives is simply how many calories I eat; my exercise stays the same. Understanding this is important for long term success.
Just find something you enjoy and go do it and get moving. I would also add that exercise and fitness is more fun when you establish some fitness goals that are independent of trying to burn XXX calories or whatever.

My advise is to get a workout partner - someone who will hold you accountable and make you exercise - someone you don't want to disappoint by backing out of exercising. Find some form of cardio you love - try different things and don't be afraid of looking stupid! You must incorporate weight training into your program. That will help you see more immediate results and keep you motivated (and boost your metabolism).0
