So I'm looking to try yoga again after doing it once and I would like some DVD recommendations. I'm 22 so something you feel that someone my age can get into and will be able to do in time would be great. Also I know that it's a lot harder than it looks but is yoga alone a good workout on it's on as to running or weight lifting?

There are lots of great Yoga workouts on YouTube. My personal favorite is Bikram yoga. Jillian Michaels also has a good one. I would try a few and see what style of yoga you like there before purchasing a dvd. Alternatively you could see if your local library has yoga dvds that they lend out. Good luck. As for running. I love the couch to 5k app:)

  • Hi Journey...

I've been doing Yoga for years and when a friend asks for a recommendation to gently ease into Yoga, I always tell them to go with anything by Rodney Yee in his beginner's series. Hope this helps!
