I guess, probably for good reason. I won't put that *kitten* in my body.

I eat at Taco Bell sometimes, not lately though, but I love a Mexican Pizza no meat extra cheese. I think it's around 600 maybe 700 calories. Yummy. I like to eat one big meal a day. It's the only way I feel satiated.
With any fast food joint I think it really helps to look it up ahead of time and plan an order. Rolling up to the drive through hungry with no plan is generally unwise.

And I agree with this, I log calories before even going.

I don't know about their calories, but as a Mexican I vote bad. Especially when good tacos are literally the easiest thing to make. Tacos are what I make when I'm too lazy to cook.

Every now and then, if I'm stuck somewhere where there aren't great other options, or I just don't feel like whatever else is available, I have one hard taco supreme (200 cals, 8 grams protein), and one soft taco supreme (220 cals, 10 g protein) - 420 calories and it keeps me going for several hours.

    #amnotMexican obviously

I grew up in a Mexican house but I'm down with Taco Bell. It's my second or first choice when I'm in the fast food jungle a few minutes from where I live.

I don't think taco bell will be running out of food anytime soon.

Mexicans don't let the people they love eat Taco Bell! He's probably shaking his fist somewhere, growling "My wife eats Taco Bell. It brings shame to my whole family!"

No, I'm kidding (well, mostly). To answer your initial question, if you look up their nutritional information and choose less calorie-dense options, you can lose weight while eating Taco Bell, as long as you're eating at a calorie deficit.

Good, because this thread makes me want Taco Bell.

I used to love to eat that *kitten* when I was drunk. One time I lost the food when I drank too much and cried because I wanted it soo badly. Turns out I was sitting on it, had beef and sour cream all over my *kitten*.

I had to give it up, it was my crack.

lol. I'd love to have real Mexican food. Every place near me has Tex Mex or fusion, except for one really great place (run by Chileans, though, no idea if it's autentico).
