I gained roughly 30 pounds in my first year of college and slowly gained, lost, then regained another 50 in the years that followed. With 80 extra pounds, I felt uncomfortable, unhealthy, and often depressed. I may not have fully reached my goals YET, but I am working hard toward them every day.
