Just for today

Just for today I will;
• stick to what I have planned to eat
• go for a 30 minute swim and achieve 35 minutes instead.
• drink water when I think I'm hungry.

    Eldamiano, how is a comment like that helping anybody? Try being supportive and not a hater. Flynn posted her goal for today and you say some crap like that? Smh.

    Flynn- I started a thread also called Just for today -- have been doing this since October, with over 500 people posting each month. It has helped me to keep going, and others as well. If you would like to join us, we would love to have you. All with very positive encouragements
