New MyZone Activity Belt - tips for use please

I've picked up a MyZone belt this week - and there i a distinct lack of instruction and different ways to use it - so i was hoping the lovely people of MFP might be able to help me out.

    OMG i love my myzone belt and wouldnt be without it. When you brought from the gym they should have loaded it onto myzone for you, you just need to log on and put your details in i.e height, weight and age, myzone will work out your heart rate zones for you ( do keep an eye on the max heart rate as occasioinally it can go higher than it should be). And boom your good to go!!!!!!
