March 31 Day Challenge

I started this for myself on March 1, so I am a couple days late posting it.

The daily challenge for March is 250 crunches, 50 squats and 20 V-ups. Should be consecutive but can be broken up to make it easier if need be.

    Wow 250 crunches a day! I think I need to work up to that. Maybe I can be doing 250 a day before the 31st.
