Strength Training

How do you determine calories burned for an hour of strength training or circuit training without recording every rep and exercise? I'm not finding the information like when I do "20 minutes in the bike" (for example).
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just put in weight training and the number of minutes I lift. Record cardio separately.0

There is a general "strength training" heading but it's under the Cardiovascular Exercise section on MFP Exercise. It's weird, I know. It goes by how many minutes the activity was done. You can input each type of strength training exercise separately under the Strength Training part but I find that too clunky. I do Strong Lifts 5x5 3x/wk and it takes me about an hour to complete. I just input 60 min. of strength training under cardio. It isn't a big burn but there is an afterburner with weight training.0

That is definitely a weakness with the app. I weight train 6 days a week for 30-60 minutes varying muscle groups, then I do 60 minutes of cardio. So it is easier for me to input the info.0
