    I am 5'10. My goal is 160. I was once 147 and a tad skinny. I am 20 years older and think I am more likely able to maintain 160. This getting older and flirting with the joys of perimenopause is not for the feint of heart. I have 65 to go.

    5'9" and I'm currently 218. I am first aiming for ANY number under 200! If I had to pick a "dream" number it would be 170.

    5'9" my goal is to return to my pre-kids weight of 125 lbs, which ?maybe? sounds low but I spent most of my teens and twenties below 125lbs....so for me, in my head at least, that's still the heavier side of my "normal"...IDK maybe that's unrealistic now....

    5'11" and my goal weight is 160. I look gaunt and sickly at anything under 150. As I get closer to my goal, I'll reassess. I'd much rather stay sane than spend my entire life obsessing over that last 10 pounds. I like ice cream too much.

    I'm 5'11" and as of today weigh 177. I'd love to get down to 145, which is what I weighed about 6 years ago.

    I'm 5'9". Highest weight was 220 (after I had my son), current weight is 150. In my early twenties I weighed 129, but had no muscle mass. I'm currently lifting to maintain the muscle I have, and have a goal weight of 140 (maybe 135, depending on body fat %) before I think about doing a bulk.
