man it's real I need to focus I've fallen off track and I can't seem to get back on!

    Hi and that happens to me a lot. I get bored with things quickly. Its so funny when I am off and I look at people who are thin I get super motivated again. I guess for me it is how bad do I want it. I put a pair of jeans on my closet door that are too small and I want to wear them so I use that for motivation. You have to find out what will motivate you to get back on track. We all get side tracked but tomorrow is a new day and we can always start again. One day you will start and never look back. Try making your big goal into smaller goals and reward yourself with non food items. Eventually you will be accomplish that big goal. Take it one day and a time.     hhqtpi, I can totally relate! This has been me since a recent vacation (4 weeks ago now). I was going strong before then got thrown completely off. Getting back on track is tough, and what worked for me was remembering all the reasons I want to be fit and healthy. I am so close to my goals that giving up now would be a shame. My best recommendation is to surround yourself with positive like minded people and find workouts and meals that you enjoy. That way you can be inspired but not feel like you are on a "diet" or stuck in a boring workout routine. Good Luck getting back on track and reaching all your goals, you can do it!
