I have a 7 week old baby whom I exclusively nurse (no bottles). I just started working out last week, 3 days a week. What do you ladies set you caloric intake at? And what do you try to stay at Net Calories at the end of the day? I feel like I am consuming too little. My intake is set at 1550 and I try and make sure to consume all 1550 each day.

The scale is not moving (hasn't since 3wks pp) and I still have a good 12-15lbs to go.

Help!!

Just starting to get on track this time (baby almost 6w) but with my other two I ate about 2100 calories - 500 for breastfeeding so about 1600 net. I usually ate back some of my exercise calories (100-300/day).

I found if I dropped below a total of 1800, I'd have no supply and would be constantly nursing which would lead to a massive binge for a few days after so it was never worth it.

Having BF my three boys. your still early on worry about your milk supply. If you eat the right foods and drink plenty of water. Get your self in a routine and exercise even if walk with the baby it will come off.. First of all give it time. the 12-15 will come off and most of all Enjoy your baby they don't stay that way long.
